The first example would be the type 1 diabetes which is in fact known in different terms as the insulin dependent diabetes, autoimmune diabetes and also the other term as the juvenile diabetes. People who have such diabetes type has their immune response against its own beta cells of pancreas that then resulted to where it is not capable of producing insulin. Due to this fact; it was then termed as the autoimmune diabetes. In most cases, these kind of diabetes occur to children but this will also happen to other individual to other ages. When a person wish to live a life which is normal, it is vital that they consider to have proper diet as well as in having to exercise regularly. A reason as to why this kind of diabetes happen is because of its environmental factors like viruses, diet and chemicals. Some of the common symptoms of type 1 diabetes would be having an increase of things like in weight loss, thirst, hunger and in urination.

Type 2 diabetes is also another example where this is known in other terms as adult-onset diabetes or as non-insulin dependent diabetes. There is also the type 2 diabetes which is known as non-insulin dependent diabetes or known otherwise as the adult-onset diabetes. This is also the most common type of diabetes that you could find today which most cases of diabetes is under this type. It is however genetically caused but this can still be acquired through different reasons like obesity, overeating habits, lack of doing exercise, overweight and also because of high blood pressure. The symptoms for type 2 diabetes is however very slow when compared to the type 1 diabetes. There could be weight loss, increase in urination, blurred vision, slow wound healing and fatigue.

There is also the gestational diabetes which happens to women who develops diabetes after their pregnancy. Though the glucose levels will soon return to normal for them, they will still be able to have high percentage of developing diabetes in a few years. Another thing is that women who are affected with this will not have any symptoms at all. In order to counter the process, it is best to maintain a normal body weight and be able to become physically active.
